I chose the song underneath this post Hate that I Love You to analyze in my rhetorical analysis paper. I feel that this song is a battle between love and hate but yet. I can't stand how much I need you (can't stand how much I need you) And I hate how much I love you boy (Rhianna) thins line in this song is so contradicting to most people, the most frequent questions are “why do you need him if you hate him?”, “how do you hate that you love him, but you need him?” and some others similar to those. But the answer is in the song she is saying that the things he does for her and the way he makes her feel make her love him even though he can do some messed up things that hurt her, she is going to look over it and hate him in mind but she loves him with her whole heart. So I ask the question again does love and hate walk hand in hand or its no were possible because they are exact opposites?
